This year marks the end of the implementation of the outcome of the Beijing summit of the China Africa Cooperation Forum. The new China Africa Cooperation Forum will be held in Senegal. Looking ahead, one belt, one road and another, will be further developed in the Central African region to build consensus and innovate, promote the development of the "one belt and one way" quality, and build closer Sino African fate community, and write a new chapter in win-win cooperation and common development.
